How do deposits and balance payments work?
To secure your seat in any intake, a non-refundable deposit of IDR 18.700.000 (Immersive) or IDR 20.000.000 (Comprehensive) is required at registration. The remaining tuition balance is due before or on the first day of in-studio training.
What visa do I need to attend teacher training in Bali?
Most international students travel to Bali on an electronic Visa on Arrival (e-VOA, 30 days extendable for another 30 days) or a B211A Tourism / Social Visa (60 days). Our academy team provides official invitation and enrollment confirmation letters upon request.
What is the cancellation and cohort transfer policy?
Transfer requests made at least 60 days prior to intake commencement may be transferred to a future cohort within 12 months (subject to seat availability and an administrative transfer fee). In the unlikely event an intake is cancelled by the Academy, students are offered a full refund or complimentary transfer.
