Terms of Service & Enrollment Policies
1. Registration, Cohort Reservations & Deposits
Due to our strict cap of 8 to 10 trainees per cohort to preserve educator-to-student instructional quality, admission requires payment of a registration deposit or full tuition. Submission of an enrollment constitutes a binding reservation of that cohort seat. Deposits (IDR 18.700.000 for Immersive, IDR 20.000.000 for Comprehensive, IDR 5.000.000 for Wunda Chair) secure your placement and cover administrative admissions setup.
2. Tuition Balance & Payment Schedule
Where an eligible deposit payment option is selected, the remaining tuition balance must be remitted in full on or prior to Day 1 of the scheduled in-studio intensive. Failure to settle outstanding balances prior to course commencement may forfeit cohort placement without refund of deposit.
3. Transfers & Participant Rescheduling
We understand that unforeseen international life events may arise. If a written transfer request is submitted to the admissions office at least 60 days prior to the scheduled intake commencement date, tuition funds (including deposit) may be transferred one time to a future cohort within twelve (12) months, subject to seat availability and an administrative rebooking fee of IDR 3.000.000. Transfer requests made less than 60 days before start date are not eligible for transfer.
4. Cancellation by Sunset Pilates Academy
In the improbable event that Sunset Pilates Academy must cancel or reschedule an intake due to instructor emergency, natural catastrophe, or force majeure events, enrolled participants will be offered the choice of a complimentary transfer to any future intake within 18 months or a 100% refund of all tuition and deposits paid. Sunset Pilates Academy is not liable for non-refundable international airfare, transit, or third-party accommodation arrangements.
5. Attendance, Practical Logbooks & Examination
Certification is earned through demonstrated somatic competence, not merely attendance. Trainees must maintain 100% attendance during in-studio contact lecture hours. Any missed sessions must be made up through private faculty tutorials at student expense. Final diplomas are awarded only upon formal completion of required logbook hours (practice teaching, observation, self-practice) and passing the 50-minute practical board examination.
6. Media, Photography & Recording Consent
During teacher trainings, professional photography and videography may be recorded for studio promotional and educational archive purposes. Trainees receive high-resolution copies for their teaching portfolios. Any participant who prefers not to appear in public marketing materials must submit written notification prior to course commencement.
